Registration Applications are only available in the school office according to the dates outlined below.
Applications Available: February 1st
Re-enrollee and sibling applications will be presented to all families at conferences in February. New family applications will be in the office Feb 1st and will be available for pick up in the pre-school office thereafter. A $100 application fee is required in order for an application to be accepted and for a “Priority Number” to be assigned. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class Observations Days: Ongoing
Contact the preschool office if you are interested in observing a class.
Re-Enrollee Priority Registration: February 19th thru February 23rd @ 1:30 pm
Completed applications, along with the $100 application fee, will be accepted in the school office on a rolling basis. Processing of these applications and priority class placements will NOT occur until AFTER the February 23rd deadline. At this time, class placements will be made based on family Priority Number. These numbers are permanent and are assigned upon the first-ever registration at CRPSK.
New Family Registration: February 26th thru March 2nd @ 1:30 pm
Completed applications, along with the $100 application fee, will be accepted IN PERSON in the school office on a rolling basis. Processing of new family applications and class placement will NOT occur until AFTER the March 2nd deadline. At which time, class placements will be made based on family Priority Number assigned upon acceptance of the application.
Class Placement Notification: April 2nd
All families will be notified of their class placement by April 2nd.
Late Applications (post priority Deadlines):
Completed applications, along with the $100 application fee, will continue to be accepted IN PERSON in the school office on a rolling basis. However, processing and class placement for late applications will NOT be made until AFTER all the Priority applications have been processed. At that time, class placement priority for any remaining available spot will be based on family Priority Number.
1st Payment - 10% Tuition Deposits: April 29th
The 1st Payment (10% of the Annual Tuition), must be received by April 29th to secure a child’s placement for the following year. Fees are refundable as follows:
* 50% refundable if written request is received by May 31st
* 25% refundable if written request is received by June 30th
* Non-refundable and non-transferable as of July 1st
Remainder of the Annual Tuition will be divided into 9 monthly payments, September through May.
